Each yarn is dyed following the distinctive llengües pattern, then woven into a fabric with texture, identity and the natural variations that make every handmade piece unique.

From there, the saddle pad begins to take shape. The fabric is cut, shaped and assembled using a pattern developed specifically for equestrian use. Reinforcement and fastening details are then added, including grape-based vegan leather finishes and hook-and-loop keepers, designed to help the saddle pad stay stable under the saddle and reduce movement during training.
