Each S’ILLA saddle pad is entirely handcrafted in Mallorca, beginning in a traditional Mallorcan textile workshop where skilled artisans create authentic Mallorcan Ikat fabric thread by thread.
Each thread is dyed according to the characteristic pattern and then woven on the loom, creating subtle variations that make every saddle pad truly unique.
The fabric is then cut and assembled following our equestrian pattern, with technical reinforcements in grape-based vegan leather carefully integrated into the design.
As this is a meticulous handcrafted process, each piece requires 10 to 15 days of work before it is ready to be shipped.
